Worried About Nothing
The Dr at the Huntsman Center called me back on Monday this week. He said his pathologist looked at the biopsy slides and everything is normal. It's what they call a collision mole. Pretty much it's just a mole that is on top of another mole. So that's why the biopsy came back abnormal. So everything is fine. I decided I needed to find another dermatologist because the one I have now freaked me out for no reason. I know she was just covering her bases but the way she told me I had to go to a specialist was not good. She needed to explain to me that she thinks it's probably nothing but just to be safe. Instead of saying you need to go to the huntsman cancer center in salt lake, they'll call you to schedule your appointment bye. Then make me panic for 2 weeks. Its all about communication. :)

I got the news back
This morning I got a call from my desensitized dermatologist. Her assistant called and told me the biopsy came back irregular. So she said they would like to send me to a specialist at the UofU. So I am trying to not panic. I just wonder why they need to send me to a specialist. When my sister in-laws mole came back irregular her Dr. cut out a little more of her skin to make sure they got it all and stitched her up. So why do I need to go to a specialist? Unless it's worse then we thought. I'm hoping maybe because it's on my face she's trying to be a little more careful so I don't have a huge scar for no reason. So I have my appointment on Monday. Hopefully everything will be fine. But I'll let you all know how it goes when I'm done.

Easter
This weekend Chris woke up with a really bad cold. He stayed in bed most of the weekend, trying to get better before work on Monday. So for Easter we really didn't do much of anything. I did however get the kids dressed so they didn't look homeless in the pictures.
Little Jack in the sweater vest Grandma Tokuhisa bought for him.
Sophia didn't want to sit still for a pic. What a surprise. So this is the best one I could get
We had an Easter egg hunt in our back yard. I was planning on doing it inside mainly because Chris and I hadn't gotten ready for the day and we were both in sweats, but when I told Chris to hide them I was specific. So we went outside in our jammies. Hopefully none of the neighbors saw us. She had so much fun getting all the eggs. She even would find some for Jack and put it in his basket (only the green and blue eggs of course). She was so sweet and thoughtful.
Jack loved his Easter basket. It was so fun to see him tare into everything. He loves his rattle and he can't get enough of the treats. He loves to eat.

I made little bunny rolls for dinner. Sophia loved them and I thought they turned out pretty cute

why are dr's so desensitized?
This week I went to a dermatologist to have a couple of moles looked at and to see why my skin is so messed up ever since I had Jack. She walks into the room says her name then starts pulling off my gown to look at all my moles. I don't even let Chris take my clothes off that fast. Then she says "you have rosacea there's nothing you can do about it, and the spot on your nose we're going to do a biopsy." She starts pulling out all of these sharp instruments and is about to stick a needle in my face without even explaining why she's doing all this. I started to panic. I start asking all these questions just so she doesn't poke me with the needle. I ask if I'll have a scar on my face. She says yes. I ask what could it be that you need to do a biopsy. She says some medical term then stabs me in the face with a needle. I left with a stitch in my nose and a bandaid on my face. When I got home Sophia said cute bandaid mom. She's so sweet. It made me feel a little better about my whole day

Last week Sophia had her first ballet recital. She was so cute. She's more of a stage performer then a dancer. When they walked off the stage all the little girls we're jumping around saying "We did it!!". I tried to post the video of it but it would upload. I'll try again another time
Her cousins Tayia and Joslyn. All week she could stop talking about how they were going to come and see her dance. She was so excited to see them after the show.I tried to get a cute picture in her costume. This was the first picture I took then it all went down hill from there.
